Shipping policy

All items ordered will be shipped together.

All orders will be shipped with Canada Post - due to the Canada Post strike we will be shipping with UPS. When ordering over the Canadian boarder, the client is responsible for any and all taxes and duties. 

Free local delivery is always available for those within 5km distance of the Tavares Designs’ workroom located in Oakville, Ontario. See if you qualify at checkout by entering your shipping address. Free pick up is also available using checkout code PICKUP (we will contact you to arrange pickup and provide location), or have your items shipped.

Tavares Designs currently ships only to Canada (excluding the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and the Yukon) and the continental United States.
