Refund policy
All custom projects are made just for you, therefore we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our custom projects. Have an issue? Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your custom project and we will do our best to fix any issues.
Measure twice as we only cut once! Client’s are responsible for providing accurate measurements as once production has started on your project there is no turning back and you are unable to cancel or change your order.
All deposits and consultations fees are non-refundable.
Exchange only for your ready-to-ship products within 10 days of your purchase with the original receipt. The item must be received in the same condition as it was purchased and in it’s original packaging. This does not include anything with added customization. All items with customization of any kind are non-refundable.We have the right to refuse items that are not in original condition or damaged.
Shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please e-mail laura@tavaresdesigns.com with a copy of your receipt and we will provide you with a return address.
